Yes. Each route is a starting point. The stay, transport, pace, duration and experiences can be adapted around your dates and group before confirmation.
Can I choose my own hotels?
Yes. Share a preferred property or category and the team can check it for your dates. The written quote names the proposed hotel, room type and meal plan.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. Destinations, sightseeing, pacing and duration can be changed while the itinerary is being planned. Supplier availability and any cost change are confirmed in writing.
Do you arrange transportation and transfers?
Transport can be included, with the vehicle or Volvo basis, route, tolls, parking and driver allowance stated in the written quote. Airport and railway transfers can be added when requested.
Can you create family-friendly or honeymoon itineraries?
Yes. Tell Aniket who is travelling and what matters most. The team can shape the pace, rooms, transfers and experiences around families, couples or senior travellers.
Can I request a specific budget?
Yes. Share the approximate total budget and the team will propose a suitable balance of stay, transport and experiences. A budget does not guarantee availability until suppliers are checked.
How does the booking process work?
Share your plan, review the written itinerary and quote, then customise it. Before confirmation, the payment recipients, deadlines, booking status and applicable provider terms are explained in writing.
How do I contact the team during my trip?

Can I pay my hotel directly?
Depending on the hotel and booking arrangement, you may be able to pay your accommodation charges directly to the property. We’ll explain the available option before your booking is confirmed.
Do I have to pay the entire trip amount to Wings & Wheels Holiday?
Not necessarily. Depending on your itinerary, some charges may be paid directly to hotels or other service providers. We’ll clarify the payment recipient and amount for each component before confirmation.
Who handles cancellations and refunds?
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the relevant hotel, activity provider, transport operator and booking terms. We’ll communicate the applicable conditions before you confirm.
Will I receive a payment breakdown?
Yes. We aim to provide a clear breakdown of the trip components, their payment recipients and the applicable payment terms before confirmation.
What exactly is included?
Your written quote lists the hotel and meal plan, transport, sightseeing and included experiences. Items such as entry tickets, activities or peak-date surcharges are declared separately when they are not included.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on the selected hotel, transport, experiences and travel dates. The applicable supplier terms are supplied with your written quote before you confirm.
Do you handle places beyond Himachal and Rajasthan?
Yes. Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Goa and South India can also be planned on request. The website currently presents domestic India holidays only.
