We know the stays, route rhythm and experiences worth your time.

Rajasthan, from the inside

In Rajasthan, we don’t simply book you a hotel—we can place you inside a heritage haveli, palace or fort-turned-stay, then connect the journey through desert safaris, carefully chosen camps and royal experiences. Udaipur is our home ground; Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jawai and Jaisalmer are routes we understand as operations, not pins on a map.

Heritage stays and desert routes, shaped with home-ground knowledge from Udaipur to Jaisalmer.

Himachal, with a key in hand

We match the trip to the landscape: mountain-view rooms, snow stays and riverside stays, not one hotel category copied across every hill town. Our Himachal operations lead also runs a hotel there, giving the team first-hand knowledge of stays, road conditions and what guests actually need on the ground.

Mountain, snow and riverside stays, chosen with first-hand hotel and road knowledge.

Kashmir, our newest stronghold

From a houseboat on Dal Lake to Gulmarg’s snow and the open valleys of Pahalgam, Kashmir is now one of our strongest service and value routes. We build it with the same clarity: the stay, vehicle, daily route and seasonal limits written down before you confirm.

Best Time to Visit Manali for Snow: Month-by-Month Guide

If snow is the main reason for your Manali trip, “winter” is too broad an answer. The experience changes sharply from November to March, and no responsible operator should promise snowfall on a particular day. The better way to plan is to choose the month whose balance of snow probability, crowds, price and road conditions suits you.

November: cold views, not a snow guarantee

November is crisp and usually easier for road travel, but Manali town may still be dry. Higher points can receive early snow, yet access depends on weather and local restrictions. Choose November for quieter cafés, mountain views and lower winter pressure—not for a guaranteed white landscape.

December: the excitement builds

Fresh snow often begins from the second half of December, with Kufri, Solang Valley and higher areas more dependable than town. Christmas and New Year are peak dates: rooms tighten, Volvo seats fill and mandatory hotel gala charges may apply. Book six to eight weeks ahead and ask whether the quote includes peak supplements.

January: strongest chance of a classic snow trip

January is generally the most reliable month for a snow-focused Shimla–Manali holiday. It is also genuinely cold. Select a hotel with clear heating arrangements, keep a buffer for weather-led route changes and avoid packing every day with long transfers. Families with small children or older travellers should prioritise access and heating over a remote view.

February and March: calmer winter, then a softer spring

February can still offer good snow at Solang and higher points, often with less New Year pressure. By March, snow retreats upward and the trip becomes better for pleasant sightseeing than a deep-winter feel. Activities such as skiing or paragliding remain weather- and operator-dependent.

Our recommendation: choose January for the best overall snow chance, late December for festive energy, and February for a quieter balance. Use the Build Your Trip tool and tell us that snow is non-negotiable; we will shape the route around realistic snow points rather than promise the weather.

How Much Does a Rajasthan Trip Cost? Honest 2026 Price Breakdown

A Rajasthan quote is not one number. It is a combination of the route, hotel type, vehicle, room sharing, camp night, meals, entry tickets and travel dates. Two “5-night Rajasthan packages” can differ dramatically while looking identical in an Instagram poster.

Useful planning bands

For a Udaipur–Jodhpur–Jaisalmer route around five nights, recent public market references place budget packages roughly around ₹12,000–₹16,000 per person and standard private-cab packages around ₹18,000–₹28,000 per person. Heritage-led or luxury plans can rise to ₹35,000–₹50,000 or more. These are planning anchors from 2025–26 and early 2026–27 listings, not guaranteed Wings & Wheels rates; hotels and transport must be reconfirmed for your dates.

The desert-camp night changes the total

A standard Sam camp night has been publicly listed around ₹2,800, a deluxe Swiss tent around ₹4,200 and luxury tents around ₹5,500–₹6,000 in ordinary season, often including dinner, breakfast, a cultural evening and camel safari. Peak dates are different: New Year camp pricing can rise several times above a normal night. Ask for the exact tent category, meal inclusions and activity format in writing.

What should be itemised

Your quote should name the hotel and room category; meal plan; vehicle type; fuel, toll, parking and driver allowance; camp category; included sightseeing; and taxes. Entry tickets, guides, lunches, personal expenses and festival or gala charges are often excluded. A low headline price can simply move those costs into your trip.

How to save without weakening the holiday

Travel in October, November or February rather than Christmas–New Year; keep the route to three cities in five or six days; spend on one memorable heritage stay or camp instead of upgrading every night; and use one private vehicle for the circuit. For families, slower pacing can reduce fatigue without increasing the number of nights.

Start with our Family Package or build a Rajasthan quote. We will show stay, transport, experiences, estimated GST and exclusions separately before confirmation.

Shimla vs Manali: Which One Should You Pick?

Shimla and Manali are often sold together, but they are not interchangeable. Shimla works well as a graceful hill-station break with colonial architecture and an easy Kufri snow excursion. Manali feels more dramatic: bigger mountain scenery, Solang activities, riverside areas and a stronger café-and-adventure culture.

Choose Shimla when…

You have three or four days, prefer a gentler pace, are travelling with parents or younger children, or want Mall Road, Ridge views and a simple Kufri day. The Chandigarh-to-Shimla approach is shorter than continuing to Manali, which matters on a compact trip. Shimla also pairs naturally with Chail or Narkanda when you want quieter hill stays.

Choose Manali when…

Snow and mountain scale are the priority. Solang Valley is a stronger winter activity base, while Old Manali, Naggar, Vashisht and riverside stays give different moods within one destination. Manali is also a better fit for young groups choosing Volvo travel from Delhi and couples who want more time in one mountain base.

Choose both when…

You have at least five nights. The classic format is two nights in Shimla and three in Manali, usually with a private cab for the intercity route. It is popular because it gives two distinct experiences, but the transfer day is long. A good itinerary does not overload that day with sightseeing.

What about snow?

Neither town can guarantee fresh snowfall for your dates. Kufri near Shimla and Solang near Manali are the better snow points in season. January is generally the strongest month, while Christmas–New Year brings the largest crowds and highest pressure on rooms and roads.

Short answer: Shimla for ease and classic hill-station charm; Manali for bigger mountain energy and activities; both for a complete five- or six-night first Himachal trip. Tell the trip builder your dates, travellers and pace, and Aniket Singh Rajpurohit will recommend the route rather than automatically sell both.

Kashmir in Winter: What Nobody Tells You Before Booking

Winter Kashmir can be extraordinary: quiet Dal Lake mornings, Gulmarg under snow and bright valleys after a storm. It also needs more honest planning than a summer postcard. Snow changes transfer times, activities and occasionally the route, so the best package is built with alternatives—not promises that ignore the weather.

Srinagar and Gulmarg are different stays

Srinagar gives you the old city, gardens, Dal Lake and houseboats. Gulmarg gives you the concentrated snow experience. Staying only in Srinagar and treating Gulmarg as a day trip can work, but winter traffic and weather may shorten the time on the mountain. If snow is the main purpose, ask whether a Gulmarg night fits the budget and conditions.

A houseboat is an experience, not a normal hotel

Houseboats vary in access, heating, room size and service. Confirm the heating arrangement, meal plan and how luggage reaches the boat. One well-chosen night can feel special; multiple nights may not suit every family in deep cold.

Build flexibility into transport

Winter drivers, suitable vehicles and realistic departure times matter more than adding one extra attraction. Weather can affect the Gulmarg road and local movement. Gondola tickets and snow activities should be treated separately unless the written quote clearly includes them. Do not assume every winter activity operates every day.

Pack for the actual trip

Use waterproof footwear with grip, thermal layers, gloves, wool socks and a water-resistant outer layer. Keep medicines and one day of essentials in hand luggage. Families should tell the planner about elderly travellers, small children and mobility needs before the hotel and vehicle are selected.

Our Kashmir offer is built around service clarity and competitive rates, with houseboats on Dal Lake, Gulmarg snow and Pahalgam valleys available according to season. Use Build Your Trip and select Kashmir; the instant calculator will route you to a personalised written quote because Kashmir rates must be checked for live weather, hotels and transport.

Clear before you commit

Common questions.

Can I customise a package?

Yes. Each route is a starting point. The stay, transport, pace, duration and experiences can be adapted around your dates and group before confirmation.

Can I choose my own hotels?

Yes. Share a preferred property or category and the team can check it for your dates. The written quote names the proposed hotel, room type and meal plan.

Can I change the itinerary?

Yes. Destinations, sightseeing, pacing and duration can be changed while the itinerary is being planned. Supplier availability and any cost change are confirmed in writing.

Do you arrange transportation and transfers?

Transport can be included, with the vehicle or Volvo basis, route, tolls, parking and driver allowance stated in the written quote. Airport and railway transfers can be added when requested.

Can you create family-friendly or honeymoon itineraries?

Yes. Tell Aniket who is travelling and what matters most. The team can shape the pace, rooms, transfers and experiences around families, couples or senior travellers.

Can I request a specific budget?

Yes. Share the approximate total budget and the team will propose a suitable balance of stay, transport and experiences. A budget does not guarantee availability until suppliers are checked.

How does the booking process work?

Share your plan, review the written itinerary and quote, customise it, then choose an advance amount that feels comfortable. The payment schedule is agreed clearly with you.

How do I contact the team during my trip?

Call or WhatsApp +91 89493 31335. Aniket remains the client-facing contact and coordinates with the Rajasthan or Himachal ground lead where relevant.

What exactly is included?

Your written quote lists the hotel and meal plan, transport, sightseeing and included experiences. Items such as entry tickets, activities or peak-date surcharges are declared separately when they are not included.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation terms depend on the selected hotel, transport, experiences and travel dates. The applicable supplier terms are supplied with your written quote before you confirm.

Do you handle places beyond Himachal and Rajasthan?

Yes. Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Goa and South India can also be planned on request. The website currently presents domestic India holidays only.
